ENTREPRENEUR TOOLS ONLINE is a free podcast series that deals with the issues, challenges and problems of the individual who wants to be an entrepreneur, but who encounters a somewhat difficult path—especially in the early stages of either aspiring to launch a Small Business (or recently has launched a Small Business). In many cases, the biggest challenges revolve around the problem of NOT KNOWING what needs to be known – either which resources are available (both free and fee), as well as acquiring basic skills that can help the Entrepreneur build the business successfully. Among these knowledge areas are: (1) Finance (so that the entrepreneur can be properly capitalized and grow the business, instead of running out of money and shutting down the business); (2) Marketing (so that the entrepreneur can effectively create the brand, the customer experience and then be able to promote it effectively); and (3) Productivity (so that the entrepreneur can minimize the danger of being overwhelmed with too much to do and not enough time to do it all—in other words, how to accomplish more in less time with better quality and with reduced stress).
However, this podcast series also addresses the opportunities that await an inspiring and dedicated individual who wants to be an entrepreneur, along with recommended resources—especially in the area of training and education to acquire the skills to help become successful.
This podcast series will consist of both interviews of individuals who both struggled due to obstacles, but overcame them to become successful entrepreneurs. The stories from these individuals serve as lessons learned, templates for “best practices” and models for the upcoming entrepreneur. In addition, resource lists will be provided each month for additional information to point the entrepreneur where more assistance and help can possibly be found.
In addition to the podcast interviews and episodes, random periodic “Entrepreneur-Tools-Online Quick-Tips” will appear and be available for additional insight and perspective.
